For the purposes of this Return and Refund policy (“Return and Refund Policy”) and wherever the context so requires “you”, “your”, “yourself”, “user” shall mean any natural or legal person who bought a product or service from this Website and in the event that a natural person is representing a business entity, reference to such terms shall include a reference to the business entity.
Return & Exchange :-
You can initiate a return or exchange request ONLY for products or services bought through this website.
If above condition is not met, then this website is not obliged to and will not entertain your return/refund/exchange request.
You can NOT initiate a return or exchange request for products that you bought from websites/sales channels that are not completely owned by Polly Style Global.
You can NOT initiate a return or exchange request for products that you bought from websites/sellers that are selling products made by Polly Style Global but on other sales channels- online or offline.
You can initiate a return or exchange request within 5 days of delivery/as per the product description details.
Return or Exchange can be initiated only in case the product is damaged or defective or incorrect.

The request should be raised within the time specified(5 days from delivery) in the above schedule.
You have to upload good quality pictures / images of damaged / defective/incorrect products, and send that as attachment on email.
On receipt of the return request, we will be arranging the Pickup for most of the regions. If your PIN code doesn't fall in purview or we at Polly are unable to arrange a reverse pickup for you, we'll inform you and request you to arrange the shipping from your end. We will bear the expense for that, don't worry.
The product to be returned should be finely packed in the return package, along with original packing and tags.
We will process 100% refunds after we receive & review the product at our end. This process usually doesn't take more than 48 working hours(if the original mode of payment was online) from the time the return is delivered to our office.
For COD order, expect the refund to take anything between 7-10 days after the return product has been received at any of our warehouses.
Please intimate us, if your refund amount hasn't been credited even after the tie specified above has passed.
The refunds are subject to the product condition and other parameters meeting our internal return policy.
In case you make a wrong order, or the order was made by mistake then you have to return the product at your expense. On receipt of the product at our end, we can refund or replace the product.
There are certain items which are not returnable. Some of them are:
Innerwear, Underwear, Boxer Shorts, Customised Products.
Refund:-
Post the return, your refund will be initiated within 48 hours after the product has been picked up (for prepaid order only) and passed through quality inspection.
For Prepaid orders refund can either be processed in the wallet within 48 hours after we have received the returned product or will be processed to the same account from which the payment made within 7 - 10 working days after we receive the product.
For cash on delivery orders refund will only be processed in the wallet or will be processed through NEFT to the bank account given by you within 7-10 working days after we have received the returned product.
Cancellation:-
You can cancel your order only until 24 hours from placing your order, and your order will stand cancelled from that point on. We ship orders24 hours after they have been places, so once shipped, you won't be able to cancel it.
Disclaimer:-
If you have any reason to believe that your Account is no longer secure (e.g., in the event of a loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure or use of your account ID, PIN, Password, or any credit, debit card number or net banking login/password), then you agree to immediately notify Polly Style Global and indemnify Polly Style Global from any liabilities that may arise from the misuse of Your Account. Under no circumstances does Polly Style Global ask for your confidential information
We will never call you to ask your credit card number, CVV number, OTP, etc.
We will never ask you your ATM Pin or your online password
We will never share your details with anyone without your prior consent
